1. What personal data, for what purposes and on what basis do we process
We process only the amount of personal data strictly necessary for the provision of our services, as described below:

PetersGarden processes personal data as part of the provision of telephony services. These services are provided through SIM cards, which are transferred to the customer and allow you to record conversations. The customer independently distributes SIM cards to his managers, other employees, contractors without the participation of PetersGarden. The obtained data is used by customers to organize a full-fledged call center (recording conversations; playing auto greetings; call distribution; internal numbers; IVR; control and load distribution; working / non-working hours, viewing call statistics)
Analytics and statistics
*We do not aim to process data that constitute banking, medical and (or) other secrets protected by law, and we do not process such data purposefully and specifically. As part of the provision of telephony services, you are warned in advance that the conversation is being recorded, and we are not responsible for what information will be disclosed by you during the conversation. If you become aware that we store information about you that constitutes a banking, medical and (or) other secret protected by law, please let us know and we will make every effort in our power to delete such information.
If you want to prevent us from completely recording conversations, managers can do this by blacklisting such numbers, and the administrator can turn off the recording of all calls for specific SIM cards.

**By giving your consent to the processing of your personal data by PetersGarden, you agree to the following actions with the data by PetersGarden: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution, provision, deletion, both using automation tools and without them. Consent is given for a period until its withdrawal.
2. Period of storage of personal data
We keep your personal data for the period necessary for the purposes for which such data is processed, or for the period required by law. Storage and processing of information in the personal account of the service is carried out within the period established by PetersGarden alone, which cannot be less than 1 (one) month after the end of the reporting period and more than 12 (twelve) months after the end of the reporting period.
After achieving the goals or in case of withdrawal of the consent of the subject of personal data, PetersGarden will delete personal data within the period provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. PetersGarden has the right to delete customer data that has arisen and received in the course of providing services after the expiration of the period specified in the first part of this paragraph.

Customers to whom we share your personal data:
Customers are persons who order telephony services from us. We transfer personal data to them as part of the provision of telephony services for the organization of a full-fledged call center by customers (recording conversations; playing auto greetings; call distribution; internal numbers; IVR; load control and distribution; working / non-working hours, viewing call statistics).
All data from the service can also be received by customers through the API by sending requests, including in real time.

You have the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data, containing: - the name and location of PetersGarden - confirmation of the processing of personal data by PetersGarden - your personal data and the source of their receipt, - the legal grounds and purposes of processing your personal data - the period for which consent to the processing of personal data is given - the name and location of the authorized person to whom PetersGarden transfers your personal data for processing.

PetersGarden, within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, will stop processing your personal data, delete them and notify you about it, except for cases when PetersGarden has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
If your consent is a legal basis for the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of your consent until the withdrawal of your consent
The right to appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to the processing of personal data (6)
If you believe that our processing of personal data violates applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, you can file a complaint with the competent authority
Your request to exercise one or more of the above rights must contain: full name; address; date of birth; essence of requirements; identification number or number of an identity document (in the absence of an identification number), if this information was indicated when giving consent or the processing of personal data is carried out without the consent of the subject, personal signature or electronic signature. In addition to the above, we ask you to provide your phone number, because, in most cases, your personal data in our system will be linked only to your phone number, and without this information we will not be able to technically fulfill your request.
To exercise one or more of the rights indicated under No. 1 - 4, you need to send a corresponding request to PetersGarden LLC:

To exercise the right to withdraw consent (under No. 5), you must send a corresponding request to PetersGarden:

Please note that the termination of PetersGarden's processing of your personal data may make it impossible to continue to provide you with services.
The right to appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of PetersGarden (under No. 6) related to the processing of personal data is exercised in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on appeals from citizens and legal entities.
